L. JARED CAPT, BROKER ASSOCIATE
Jared was raised in the rural Southwest Texas town of Uvalde. As a fourth generation member in the community, he grew up in and around farming and ranching and as a result developed a passion for the outdoors. He began working summers at the age of about 10 at his dad’s farm and ranch supply store by stocking shelves, and eventually moved on working in the pipe yard, welding shop, and delivering materials to ranches all over the state.
Jared later attended Texas A&M University where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Real Estate (LERE-Land Economics and Real Estate). He is a licensed Broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission and is involved first hand with various wildlife management operations on his family’s and other ranches across South Texas.
Jared, his wife Jessie, and their three children reside in Uvalde and, and when he is not working he enjoys hunting, fishing, barbequing, and spending time with family and friends. Like the rest of our team, he looks forward to not only matching clients with the best property to fit their needs, but also assisting them after the sale with developing that property to its full potential.
